Refund Policy

We want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchase. For this reason we offer all customers the chance to try the software free of charge for 30 days.

All online sales are final, as the serial number for use is delivered immediately.

Where hard copy is ordered instead of download, you may return it for a refund within 30 days, provided the package is unopened and unused. You must contact us for a returns authorization before sending any product.

We cannot refund purchases made through third parties, or for which payment was not received by Quite Software Ltd.
